The Process

Material Selection
:
    • We start by carefully choosing high-quality timber. Each piece of wood is inspected for grain patterns, durability, and suitability for the intended design.
    • Different wood species have unique characteristics, and we select the best match for each project.

Precision Machining:
    • Our state-of-the-art CNC technology allows us to achieve precise cuts and carvings. We maintain tight tolerances to ensure precision achieved is unparalleled.
    • CNC doesn’t only mean fast and high volume. Our pieces use intricate design brought to life In ways traditional woodworking methods cannot.

Hand Finishing:
    • After machining, we meticulously hand-finish each piece. This involves sanding, smoothing, and adding any desired textures.
    • We pay attention to edges, corners, and surfaces to create a flawless finish.

Sealing and Protecting:
    • We apply protective finishes to enhance the wood’s natural beauty and shield it from environmental factors.
    • Depending on the design, we may use oils, waxes, or clear coats. These finishes help to protect against moisture, UV rays, and wear.
    • For kitchen based products a food safe finish will be applied.

Quality Checks:
    • Every product undergoes rigorous quality checks. We inspect for flaws, irregularities, and any deviations from the design.
    • If necessary, adjustments are made to ensure perfection.

After Care:
    • We design with longevity in mind. Our wood products are meant to withstand daily use and retain their beauty over time.
    • Proper care instructions are provided to customers to maintain the quality.

Environmental Responsibility:
    • We aim to source wood sustainably, respecting forests and ecosystems.
    • As part of the journey into woodwork, we strive to contunually  improve our knowledge and understanding of the topic.
    • Our commitment to eco-friendly practices ensures that our products have a minimal impact on the environment.
    • Our workshop is fitted with solar to reduce the footprint of our machining.
